Price Promise Terms & Conditions
QUALIFYING FOR WORLD DUTY FREE & BIZA TAX & DUTY FREE PRICE PROMISE
WDFG UK LIMITED (company number 02872512) a company incorporated in England and Wales whose registered office is at 4 New Square, Bedfont Lakes, Feltham, Middlesex TW14 8HA (the "Promoter").
Only passengers with a valid boarding card departing from an airport with a World Duty Free and Biza Tax & Duty Free (hereinafter, “WDFG”) operating store or travelling on a P&O Ferry with a World Duty Free store, are eligible for the WDFG Price Promise. World Duty Free Eurotunnel Folkestone is also included in the WDFG Price Promise (excluding items purchased from World Duty Free Eurotunnel Calais). The WDFG Price Promise is not applicable to products purchased from the World Duty Free St Pancras International Store.
WDFG Price Promise is available on all products (excluding tobacco) purchased in the UK. Customers could be flying or traveling to destinations within the UK, Europe or outside the EU and the WDFG Price Promise will apply subject to terms and conditions. Claims must meet the detailed criteria of Comparable Products, Comparable Stores and Comparable Pricing.
WDFG Price Promise is also available on all products (excluding alcohol and tobacco) purchased while on a P&O Ferry with a World Duty Free store.
All claims must be made online at http://uk.worlddutyfree.com/ukm_en/price-promise
Claims must be made within 28 days of the purchase from WDFG and within 5 days of the cheaper comparable product being identified.
All applicable Price Promise refunds will be made to a valid credit or debit card.
Comparable Products included within the WDFG Price Promise are those products that are identical to one another. If there are differences, including but not limited to: pack size, weight, format, packaging, colour, flavour or variety, then the products are deemed non-comparable.
Product exclusions: WDFG excludes confectionary, tobacco and tobacco related products from the WDFG Price Promise. In addition, alcohol is excluded from the WDFG Price Promise if it was purchased at a World Duty Free store on a P&O Ferry.
The WDFG Price Promise covers UK high street stores only and does not apply to items found on any online retailers, auction websites, market stalls, within mail order catalogues and membership retailers.
We cannot accept refund claims in instances where you have found a lower priced product that has been discounted in a sale, a limited period price event, where the lower price is due to a discount or promotional voucher and where the item is part of a bulk/case deal. Any discount vouchers used in-store on WDFG purchases will be applied equally across all applicable items within the transaction to create a reduced price for comparison purposes.
The Promoter reserves the right to withhold the issue of WDFG Price Promise refunds where we suspect that any false or fraudulent claim is being made or when our goodwill is being abused.
The Promoter reserves the right to remove individual Comparable Products from WDFG Promise.
The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the WDFG Price Promise or update / amend these terms and conditions at any time.
